All Excelsior Marketing competitions are open to all South African residents who are 18 years and older. No director, employee, agent or consultant of Excelsior Marketing, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with our competitions may participate in our competitions.
Competitions are either entered using a sign up form or through social media.
Form: To enter participants must complete the form (name, email address and phone number) on the competition page and push the enter button. By entering this competition participants agree to receive all newsletters and promotional material from Joburg.co.za through email or other mobile related mediums of communication. This competition method is referral based and each participant will receive a unique referral link upon completion of the application form. These referral links can be shared via email, Facebook, Twitter or Google + . A referral is counted each time a friend of the participant enters after clicking that participant’s unique referral link.
Facebook: To enter our Facebook competitions, entrants need to share, like or comment on the designated post.
None of the prizes are transferable for cash. The participant may transfer the prize to a different person at the sole discretion of the vendor who is responsible for delivering the prize. Multiple entries (via different email addresses) are permitted but participants will be limited to winning one prize. The promoter is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotional competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. Entries which are unclear, illegible or contain errors will be declared invalid. Winners will be notified by email and telephonically within twenty four hours of the selection having taken place. In the event that the winner of either of these prizes cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner in substitution. The names of the prize winners will also be published on Joburg.co.za ‘s website and Facebook page after the competition has ended. Winners must identify themselves by means of an ID document or other acceptable identification means and confirm receipt of their prize. Any prize not taken up for any reason within one month of the close of the competition will be forfeited. Any queries with regard to the delivery of prizes may be directed to Excelsior Marketing. By entering our competitions all participants accept and agree to abide by these rules. The judges’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition closing date can be extended at the discretion of Velocity Media based on total number of entries.
